Elderberry is known as a preventative to help combat colds, flu, and seasonal allergies. It is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants which are important for the immune system.



For children, we recommend 1 teaspoon as needed.

For an adult, 1 tablespoon as needed.

Up to 3-4 times a day.
